1. Agreement Scope

2. Solutions & Hardware

We provide premium engineering hardware, including Flux hybrid inverters, solar modules, LiFePO4 storage, and full-scale networking infrastructure (server racks, routers, and PDUs).

  • Adjustments: We reserve the right to update specs or pricing without notice.

  • Availability: Specific models, such as CPS-318 power strips, may be modified or discontinued based on stock.

3. Ordering & Financials

  • Channels: Orders are valid only through our website, our official line (0346-1540718), or verified sales reps.

  • Payment: Full payment or a verified deposit is required upfront unless a written credit agreement exists.

  • Methods: We accept bank transfers, NayaPay, and major digital wallets.

  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to void any order due to inventory gaps, pricing glitches, or fraud flags.

4. Logistics & Shipping

  • Timeline: Standard delivery is 3–5 working days within Pakistan, though this is an estimate.

  • Liability: DES is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.

  • Accuracy: Customers must ensure shipping data is 100% accurate; we are not liable for lost shipments due to address errors.

5. Returns & Quality Control

  • Window: Hardware returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in “as-new” condition in original WoodMart-sealed packaging with all accessories included.

  • Exclusions: Custom-built networking racks and installed solar systems are non-returnable.

  • Approval: All refunds are subject to a technical diagnostic and approval by our team.

6. Installation & Warranty Standards

  • Safety: To maintain system integrity, we strongly advise using DES-authorized technicians for all installations.

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Warranties for products like Flux inverters are held by the manufacturer and subject to their specific criteria.

  • Voiding: DIY modifications, electrical abuse, or third-party installation errors will instantly void your warranty.

7. Ownership of Content

All intellectual property, including the DES logo, custom product photography, and technical descriptions, belongs exclusively to DES Digital Engineering Services.

8. Liability Limits

DES Digital Engineering Services is not liable for indirect damages or equipment failures resulting from user negligence, unauthorized electrical work, or improper environmental conditions.

9. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. By transacting with us, you consent to the secure handling of your data as per our internal privacy protocols.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Pakistani Law. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
