Delivery Options Overview
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery for major cities across Pakistan—including Peshawar, Islamabad, and Lahore—generally takes 3–5 working days. Please note that delivery of heavy or specialized equipment, such as server racks and battery systems, to remote areas may require additional transit time.

Exchange or Return of Goods
1. Eligibility for Return:
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your equipment if:
The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You received the wrong product (e.g., a different model of Flux Inverter or incorrect Networking Rack size).
Note: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized networking configurations or specialized solar installations.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper DIY installation, or external electrical faults (e.g., lightning strikes or unstable grid surges).
Products without original packaging or missing components like PDU mounting brackets or Camel power strip safety covers.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at 0339-2013663 with your order number, reason for return, and product images. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the hardware to our office at Shahid Plaza, Peshawar.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned equipment is professionally inspected by our technical team.
Approved refunds typically take 7–10 business days.
For payments made via NayaPay or other digital methods, the credit will be sent back to the original payment source.
